I am the founder of Blue Vista, and my expertise involves engaging with individuals, teams, and organisations to improve their leadership, positive mindsets, and their ability to collaborate effectively. I believe that building strong teams, exercising positive leadership, and demonstrating authenticity are the most important factors in achieving success.

I use cutting-edge insights from the corporate, military, and sports domains to equip leaders and teams with the tools they need to engage the future confidently, establish high-functioning teams, cultivate productive cultures, and achieve extraordinary outcomes.

I am an accredited Thought Leader with the All-Ireland Business Foundation, an MBA and MSc graduate, and an experienced military veteran. I am also an accredited EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Executive leadership coach. I combine my academic knowledge with over 20 years of experience operating within elite military, business, and sporting teams, as well as with high-performing individuals.
